Notice regarding returns/shipping: Ecophage stands behind their products 100%. They are simple machines free from modern integrated circuits and intern provide years of lasting functionality. If there is a problem with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us at Ecophage@gmail.com so that we may do our best to remedy the issue. Shipping of these products can be expensive and difficult. If it appears bent or compromised in any way please refuse the package and it will be returned to me for reprocessing and reclamation, I will immediately remedy the situation as best I can. Otherwise we are forced to deal with a basically not functioning insurance system, even though I pay ADDITION SHIPPING INSURANCE ON EVERY PACKAGE!! (its insane, I know, I apologize). So unfortunately in the event the package is received, shipping becomes non-refundable. *this has only happened in 3 out of 100+ units world wide, before we started covering the boxes in fragile stickers. So really just a heads up incase.

Legal: Ecophage fabrication is an artist/fabricator and cannot condone street use of these amazing art items. Check your local ordinances and traffic laws regarding the use of external car accessories. Note that most items from Ecophage fabrication may have sharp edges as they are mostly metal and this is part of the manufacturing process. Eye and skin protection should be worn. A quick file or sanding will remove any sharp edges missed during quality control process. Ecophage fabrication is not liable for damages from the use or misuse of Ecophage products. Think ahead, protect your paint, protect your skin and eyes and the rest of yourself. California prop 65 warnings apply: polypropylene grille and filter, cellulose wood fiber, steel bodies, aluminum intake, zinc hardware, plasma cut parts with sodium nitrite and fungicide cutting fluid, oil rust protectant, etc.
